These trailblazers are young professional women who have already achieved success and are on the fast-track to pursuing their dreams.  These rising stars will each share their framework for pursuing one’s passion with conviction and determination, as they continue on their unique journeys.

Judges are important public officials whose authority reaches every corner of society. In that capacity, they resolve disputes, interpret the law, assess the evidence presented and control how hearings and trials unfold in their courtrooms. Most important of all, judges are impartial decision-makers in the pursuit of justice. Hear the insights and personal stories of four Iranian American judges who have made a powerful impact, changing lives and upholding the standards of the United States' judicial system.

In the face of adversity, this panel of fearless women persevered to surmount their career challenges.  When faced with opportunity, each of these women seized it and watched their hard work manifest into greatness. Their resilience proved strong: not only did they survive these obstacles, but they also thrived in their respective fields.

The Future of Your Career: Iranian American Women In Technology This session comprises discussions on how to break into this industry, what opportunities exist for technology-driven women of this era and how the renowned panelists have created their career path through resilience, stamina, determination and diligence. Our technology landscape would not have existed without the achievements and contributions of incredible women who pioneer throughout history—and the communities and mentors who support them. When women assist, encourage and promote each other's achievements, the unprecedented things happen, and novel ideas unravel.

When faced with personal challenges that were compounded by value judgments and prejudices, these empowered women sought to own their respective paths and personal narratives.  Not only did they persevere, but they further thrived and triumphed to become a psychotherapist championing mental health, the first ever Iranian American judge and an advocate for mental health and autism. In this presentation, you will learn how these extraordinary women have fulfilled their dreams and flourished despite the impediments of cultural traditional taboos, surrounding sexual orientation, sexual abuse and mental health.
