We will explore mindfulness by cultivating awareness of our thoughts, senses, and surroundings. Beyond Wellness: Embracing Your Wholeness brings together three experts to explore the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Dr. Nooshin Darvish will focus on the power of joy to elevate our vibrational state, while highlighting the role of feminine intuition in fostering holistic healing and balance. Dr. Haleh Kashani will dive into resilience, sharing practical strategies to navigate life’s challenges with grace and build lasting inner strength. Lastly, Nasrin Naaseh will help participants confront deep-seated fears and break free from old patterns, using introspection as a path to spiritual growth. Together, they offer a comprehensive approach to integrating joy, resilience, and spiritual alignment for complete well-being.

Tending the Inner Garden: Flowing in Life's Sacred River of Change - Sima Hashemifar

In the vast landscape of our inner being, self-compassion and self-love are the gentle hands that tend the garden of our soul. They are the tender voices inviting us to embrace the journey with twists, turns, and unexpected storms. This session will explore the sacred art of self-compassion—how it softens our rough edges, healing the wounds of self-criticism and self-doubt. We will delve into self-love as both a birthright and a practice, planting seeds of kindness in the soil of our hearts so they may bloom even amidst life’s upheavals.

We will touch on the wisdom of impermanence, recognizing that, like seasons, all things in our lives are transient. In this awareness, we find a quiet resilience, an ability to bend and sway like trees in the wind, rooted in the understanding that life’s curveballs are not disruptions but invitations to grow. Together, we will embrace the beauty of our shared human experience, finding strength in our vulnerability and grace in our ever-unfolding transformation.

Movement Meditation & Qigong - Dr. Haleh Kashani

Qigong is an ancient traditional Chinese practice involving breathing exercises and movement that aims to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit in order to maintain health and well-being.

Beginners first learn how to coordinate physical movements with breath through the repeated practice of exercises. Once they achieve proper form, students work on turning those exercises into moving meditation, or finding the change in energy within the postures, movements, breathing patterns, and transitions.

The slow, gentle movements are believed to warm up your tendons, ligaments, and muscles; mobilize the joints; and promote the circulation of body fluids (like blood, synovial, and lymph). Meanwhile, deep breathing, which plays a central role in qigong, calms the sympathetic (fight-or-flight) nervous system and activates the parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) side of your autonomic nervous system. The autonomic nervous system regulates involuntary processes like breathing, heartbeat, and digestion. By tapping into the parasympathetic nervous system, qigong can help reduce stress and anxiety, which has many implications for health. “Qigong offers the beautiful gift of working to quiet the mind, settle the emotions, and relax into the body,”

Dance Your Limitless Self - Armineh Turgeon (Astanbous)

Dance Your Limitless Self is a dynamic meditation. It is created based on our Energy System and Contemporary Dance. It is not a Dance Class but more like Healing with Dance Movements. Join us not only improve your mobility and detox your body but also ground to the present time in a Fun Way.
