Only current legal residents or citizens of the United States are eligible.

 

The IAW Foundation is proud to help exceptional students realize their dream of undergraduate and graduate education. We provide financial assistance to our mentees who have a demonstrated commitment to academic excellence, cross-cultural bridge-building, and community service.

 

To apply for a scholarship, you must meet the following requirements:

Be in good academic standing

Be a legal resident (including F-1 Students) or citizen of the United States

Demonstrate financial need for educational purposes

Please note that candidates who are part of the IAW Foundation Mentorship Program are prioritized for scholarships. Go to the mentorship program page to learn more and apply now!

To apply, simply fill out the application on our website. If you are awarded a scholarship, our team will then contact you to request the necessary documents to move forward.

  • What is the application deadline for the scholarship?

The deadline is on October 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM PDT.

  • Are there any eligibility requirements to apply for this scholarship?

Yes, you must be in good academic standing, you need to be a legal resident or citizen of the United States, and you need to demonstrate financial need for educational purposes. F-1 Visa holders are also accepted.

  • Are non-U.S. citizens eligible to apply for this scholarship?

Yes, non-U.S. citizens are eligible to apply for this scholarship as long as they are legally pursuing their education in the United States.

  • How will I be notified if I'm awarded a scholarship?

We will email you regarding the status of your application through the email you provide in your application.

  • When will I be notified if I’m awarded a scholarship?

Our scholarship committee will approximately have the decisions finalized after one month of the application deadline. You can expect to be notified shortly after that time.

  • Are scholarships available for graduate or postgraduate studies?

Yes, scholarships are available for both undergraduate, graduate or postgraduate students.
