Roya Soleimani Winner is the founder of Winner Communications https://winnercomms.com/, a consulting firm specializing in strategic communications, media training, and program management. She has over 12 years of experience in communications, public affairs, and social impact including leading global communications for Google.org and charitable giving for Facebook and Instagram.

Roya now works with venture firms, nonprofits, and startup founders on their messaging, storytelling, and community programs, including the Pear VC Persian Founder Circle https://pear.vc/communities/persian-founder-circles/. Roya holds a Master’s degree in Middle Eastern Studies from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Policy from UC Berkeley. She is actively involved in community organizations, including serving on the Advisory Board of Moms Against Poverty.
