I am the CEO and Business Whisperer of Sixense Strategy which is a firm that advises on business strategy using empathy as the core lens of the approach.

I founded Sixense to build on my previous career incarnations and enact my Sixense Empathy Model™ to serve the business leadership community. I am also a startup advisor and angel investor. Prior to Sixense, I served as Vice President, Account Director at Wunderman DC, a relationship marketing agency. I am recognized in the Chicago entrepreneurial community as an advisor and angel investor, with a particular heart for fellow female founders but a love of creative minds above all else. I have taught experiential entrepreneurship seminars for ACM, a collaborative association of Midwest small liberal arts colleges and am also sought out as a speaker on topics such as leadership and entrepreneurship. I am an active mentor and volunteer in cultural, civic, women’s, education and business organizations and have served in numerous service leadership and board positions including, most recently, the Board of Directors of Ryan Banks Academy.

I was born in Iran but raised in Chicago. Half of my heart is in the US and the rest of it is with my family in Iran.
