Nicole Eshaghpour is an attorney in the Corporate Group of Winston & Strawn LLP in New York. Her practice consists primarily of mergers and acquisitions and energy related corporate transactions. Nicole graduated magna cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Sciences degree. Thereafter, Nicole attended the Fordham University School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor degree cum laude. While in law school, Nicole was a contributing member of the Urban Law Journal and a recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award. Nicole currently serves as an executive board member of the Young Leadership of the Friends of the Israeli Defense Force (FIDF) and a board member of the Young Leadership Division of the Iranian American Jewish Federation of New York. Nicole is engaged to Ariya Waxman, a real estate attorney at Nesenoff & Miltenberg, LLP. Nicole was born and raised in Great Neck, New York and is of Persian Jewish heritage.
