Marjan was born in Iran, and moved to the US just prior to the revolution when she was 12 years old. She has over 25 years of experience in management consulting, large program management, process improvement and innovation, technology implementation, and organizational change management at Fortune 100 companies, As a Senior Vice President at First Republic Bank, located in San Francisco, she currently manages FRB’s Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Solutions and Analytics function.
