After graduating college, Marjaneh worked in International Finance at CBS Television (not the degree she held). She found solstice at her weekly hair appointments at the first (and at the time only) Drybar location. After “stalking” Alli Webb (the founder) on twitter, she landed an interview and became one of the founding employees at their corporate office. Two months later, she moved across the country and helped open 4 of Drybar’s New York locations.
Marjaneh ultimately left Drybar and had a brief stint at Barneys New York, as a Menswear Stylist, before moving on and working at SoulCycle. For 5 years she worked on the Marketing Team, as the Project Manager of New Studio Marketing. Marjaneh helped build over 20+ SoulCycle locations, across the country and internationally.
Marjaneh is now between coasts leading the Marketing efforts for new studio openings for Xponential Fitness.
