Mona Kayhan is a seasoned marketing and operations professional with expertise in the music, arts and culture industries. For the last decade, she has worked in various capacities including event production and talent management before heading operations at the electronic music school, Dubspot, from 2011 – 2014. Prior to Dubspot, she produced numerous concerts and festival stages, founded the non-profit Persian arts organization, Persian Arts Festival, and served as Director of Product Development for Putumayo World Music, the internationally acclaimed record label where she produced many of their award-winning albums.
