Leila is a founding partner at Kindred Capital, a leading venture capital fund based in London. Leila is both an investor and an entrepreneur, with over a decade of operating experience in technology businesses across three continents. She trained with Bain & Company before moving to Silicon Valley to be the General Manager of Kleiner Perkins backed consumer internet business Plum District, and then onto cofound a health technology business that spun out of Stanford called GenapSys for which she raised $50M in venture capital funding and built a 70 person team. Leila is a mathematician by training with a first class degree from Yale University and a Harvard MBA.
