Kimya Rezaei is an accomplished accounting and finance professional with over 27 years of experience. She has extensive leadership experience in SaaS, healthcare, startups, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). Throughout her career, Kimya has held senior roles as a financial controller and consultant, leveraging her expertise to drive financial strategy and operational efficiency.

Kimya graduated with a degree in Accounting from Chapman University and began her career at Helsely, Mulcahy & Fesler, CPA, in Tustin, California.

In addition to her professional achievements, she is an active member of the Iranian American Women Foundation (IAWF) and currently serves on its Board of Directors.
