Jasmine Hormati, MS, RD, CIEC is a registered dietitian and certified intuitive eating counselor based in New York, New York. As the founder of Mendinground Nutrition , Jasmine helps people heal their relationship with food, body image, and movement using an intuitive eating and Health at Every Size (HAES®) approach. She earned her MS in Nutrition & Public Health from Teachers College, Columbia University and completed her dietetic internship at UC San Diego Health. Jasmine earned her BS in Conservation and Resource Studies at University of California, Berkeley.
