Golshan Javadian is an Assistant Professor of Management at University of New Haven. She has a Ph.D. in Business Administration, an MBA and a Bachelor degree in Industrial Management. Her research interests include Stereotypes in Organizational and Entrepreneurial Settings, High Quality Connections in Entrepreneurial Networks, Relative Deprivation/Gratification in Entrepreneurship, and Diversity. Golshan’s research has been published in several peer reviewed journals including Industrial and Organizational Psychology: Perspectives on Science and Practice, Journal of International Entrepreneurship, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Journal, and Women in Management Journal. She has also presented her research at top national and international academic conferences (e.g., AOM, BCERC). Golshan teaches entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, human resource management, ethics and diversity courses. She is also the co- founder and manager of Datis Construction LLC.
