Dr. B. Sarah Haynes is a founder of CoachEra.com, powered by DrHaynesCollective.com To provide coaching as a Service (CaaS) to democratize access to executive coaching for all using a B2B2C model. She represents a unique intersection as a CEO, licensed cross-culturally trained behavioral clinical psychologist (Ph.D.), international tech operator, tenured professor, angel investor and philanthropist, with vast achievement in sectors that span tech, VC, behavioral health, micromobility and more.

She has collaborated with top tech founders, C-Suite executives and celebrities; pitched and raised revenue from billionaires and VIP investors; collaborated with Fortune Top 20 CEOs and world-class athletes; guided investors and stakeholders from strategy to execution; and coached colleagues and clients toward maximizing human potential and organizational development and change management.
At her core, Dr. Haynes is one who seeks to elevate society by way of increasing access to knowledge, wellness and tech; to supporting work-life integration via continuous growth, fulfillment, and diversity and inclusion; with an emphasis on CSR via organizations that include UNICEF, Big Brother Big Sister, United Way, Red Cross, and the Pishevar Haynes Foundation that leverages “tech for good.” She is a 3x founder, and a 6x board member and advisor in the arenas of tech and stem cell beauty, including with Musicasa, PADL and Nue.life.
Dr. Haynes earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and MS from NSU; graduated from Georgetown’s Professional Management Certificate Program (PMCP); and has additional academic credentials via UC Berkeley, Emory University and the University of Maryland.
