Shar Behzadian is the Founder and CEO of World Inside Out and Travel Tribe; two organizations that serve the common mission of scaling person-to-person diplomacy. Using technology, she provides an opportunity for every individual to promote citizen diplomacy, one handshake at a time. As a result, she creates communities for expats to belong anywhere in the world.

She is also the co-author of Travel Tribe magazine: Sharing the stories of inspiring world travelers and wanderlust-ers.

Prior, Shar was the founder of SF Design Lab at San Francisco State University, and the founder and CEO at Ashar International Trade Company in Tehran, Iran.

Shar is an Entrepreneur in Residence of Peace Innovation Lab at Stanford, and also an advisor at multiple startups and organizations; including Youth Business USA, MicroMentor USA, and Shams Studio.

She received a MBA from San Francisco State University in Marketing and lives in San Francisco, California.
