Niloofar Razi is Chief Strategy Officer of Endgame, where she leads product and market strategy as well as business and corporate development efforts. She has over 20 years of experience working and investing in technology companies in the security field as well as in healthcare, media and consumer goods. She is also an operating partner at Paladin Capital Group. Before Endgame, she spent nine years as Managing Director at Paladin, a $1 billion private equity fund focused on investing in the national security sector, where she led the development and implementation of Paladin’s family of funds investment strategies as well as oversight of Paladin’s investment portfolio. Previously she worked at Zone Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm in Los Angeles, as a consultant with McKinsey & Co., and as a lawyer with O’Melveny & Myers. Niloofar graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School and holds a bachelors degree from Columbia College. Niloofar�s non-profit work includes serving on the Board of Sibley Memorial Hospital as chair of its Investment Committee and Vice Chair of Sibley Memorial Hospital Foundation. She also serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Global Rights, an international human rights organization focused on capacity-building in partnership with local activists in Africa, Asia, and Latin America to promote and protect the rights of marginalized populations.
