Aggie Afarinesh has more than 15 years of human resources experience and currently serves as the Executive Director of People Core LLC, providing HR solutions and business coaching for small to medium size companies. With an expertise in recruitment strategies, she also has experience leading a variety of HR programs and functions for public sector agencies in Southern California. She also serves as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Southern California, teaching professional development and career advancement to graduating students. She has dedicated her career to supporting individuals grow in their careers. Ms. Afarinesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and Management and a Master of Public Administration, both from the University of Southern California.
