Powerful Communication in the Workplace
On July 12th, 2017, IAWF CONNECT SERIES presented the Powerful Communication in the Workplace: Her Style, His Style, Our Style event. The event took place at Hotel Irvine from 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm.
Dr. Sherry Nooravi, organizational psychologist and executive coach was our guest speaker and facilitator. She is the Principal of Strategy Meets Performance and helps companies shape engaging, innovative and powerful workplace cultures by coaching their leaders, aligning senior teams and developing employees.
Participants who attended the event left with a better understanding of the communication styles of men, women and people of different cultures and tips for how to communicate their thoughts in a powerful and positive way that ensures they are self-expressed.
