Mental Health Talk

We invite you to join us for a Mental Health Talk on Wednesday, February 5th. We are pleased to partner with El Camino Hospital’s state of the art mental health program and present a much needed conversation about mental health. This talk will focus on emotional first aid, a tool that anyone can use to help a loved one who may be struggling or emotionally distressed.
