The IAWF Northern California chapter represents a confluence of dynamic Iranian-American women from across all professions and communities in the Bay Area. Committed to the ideals and aspirations of IAWF, the Northern California chapter seeks to deepen the work of inspiring, empowering, and connecting women through a specific focus on the organization's pillar of "Mentorship", fostering mentor and mentee relationships to catalyze the professional exchange of wisdom from one generation to the next. In addition, the Northern California chapter is also proud to host the annual IAWF Bay Area Women's Leadership Conference, and play host to a number of other, smaller events throughout the year.
